  I'm not sure I'm convinced that this is a legitimate office , lady up front is rude. The Dr didn't seem concerned about issues discussed , maybe just in a rush . Anyways there's no way it's a 5 star office.

  Just moved to the area a year ago and finally needed to set-up a primary doctor... did some research, found Evolution Primary Care online and decided to give it a try. Not only was I seen right away, but it was a Saturday - and the office was open! I was very highly impressed; and feel I made a good decision on this office.
