  I took my lawn mower in at 3 and had it back by 7 the same day. Marcus fixed the problem completely. Then, he upgraded my machine to ensure it wouldn't happen again. THEN, he showed me how I could fix it if I ever ran into the problem in the future.
  
  I have never seen someone so thoroughly dedicated to ensuring a machine runs smoothly for as long as possible. I doubt I'll ever have this problem with my mower again, and if I ever have any other issues with it, I know exactly who I'll call.
