  Susan is the kindest, most supportive trainer one could ever ask for. She listens to what it is you want to accomplish and does not force you into something else. Her constant positive reinforcement makes you feel good about yourself and encourages you to keep trying harder.
  
  Susan is extremely discreet and the one-on-one atmosphere is the only way to train for many obese women and men. At Susan's you do not have to worry about what you look like, how much you're lifting, or how out of breath you are because there is no one else there watching/judging you.

  Susan Hunter Lifestyle is an excellent resource for both men and women who want to lose weight and get in better shape. She provide knowledge and actionable plans to help achieve your goals. Her training and nutritional advice helped me lose over 100 pounds during the past year-and-a-half. Thanks to her efforts, my doctors recently said that I'm well on my way to getting rid of blood pressure pills and other medications. If you want to improve your health and quality of life, I could not recommend a better fitness trainer than Susan Hunter.
