  I would do a zero if it would let me.
  Went in Saturday to switch over to T Mobil. The employee put the information in wrong because he did not take the time to know what it was we wanted. He then called tech support and without the correct information tried to fix the issue. In short My wife and I spent the better part of 2 days in the store waiting on this guy to correct it. The manager never came out of the back room. No other employees offered to help. The employee kept blaming the IT center or my wife's phone. It was ridiculous. Go to another T Mobile store STAY AWAY from this one! After all said and done the guy never even apologized for wasting our weekend. I don't know if the manager was there or not we never seen him.
