  Top Deck performed a pool deck drain renovation for us in July 2015. We were disappointed initially with the overall fit and finish of the work and Top Deck said it met their standards and they were done.
  I withheld 10% from their final payment due to this. 6 months later I wish I had withheld 100%!! They left high spots just before the water gets to the deco drain that take days to dry out. Most of the area where they where they worked develops green mildew within a few days. No other places on my pool deck do that except where they worked. Now, the joints where they new/old concrete meet are cracking. I used them 20 years ago with much better results. Again, very disappointed in the results from Top Deck. Pictures available...
