  My wife and I encountered a POWER representative at our local Sam's Club. We scheduled our home visit 4/9/2019. Enjoyed the presentation. We decided to Contract for eight [8] windows and one[1] sliding door to be installed. We received quote and accepted the offer. Received financial approval and scheduled second measurements to finalize project. During second measurements, representatives states sliding patio not in price and want to send gentleman that gave presentations back to explain why sliding doors not include in price. He states somehow slider was not included during our presentation. Showed Rep paperwork with "his quote in writing" stating slider was included in price. Rep states POWER can't, won't honor their quote and want an additional 4K for the sliding door. We asked if higher up at company would honor quote, that's in writing and contract since it was a computer program that dropped sliding doors. Long story short, POWER should honor their quoted price.
