  For those looking for a breakfast spot that takes into account "healthy" eating, The Egg and I is your spot. Very health conscious options are bountiful on the menu and the meals are well prepared. The wait staff is outstanding and management is always attentive to what the customers want.
  
  It can get busy on the weekends, but if you have some time, it's worth it. During the week, normally you won't have any problems. Overall, The Egg and I is a nice dining experience, delivering good food for a reasonable price.
